The window sticker for my 2019 was damaged in a basement flood. Most of it is unreadable now. Is there any way to recover the original, or is that document gone for good once the paper is destroyed?

The paper copy is not the only copy. On a 2019 the sticker is generally still retrievable by VIN and comes back as a clean PDF.

That worked. Got the whole thing back including the original pricing. I did not realize it existed anywhere but on the paper.

Save the PDF somewhere that is not a basement this time. And a copy in the cloud.
