My 2022 Equinox has a QR code printed on the door jamb label and no glove box sticker anywhere. Is that QR the modern version of the RPO list? I scanned it with my phone and got something that did not look like an option list at all.

The QR on newer vehicles is generally not an option list. It usually points at compliance or service information. It is not a substitute for the RPO record.

Newer models dropped the printed option label in a lot of cases. The build record by VIN is the reliable way to get the codes now.

Good to know I am not missing a sticker somewhere. Pulled the codes by VIN instead.
