I am pulling the interior on a 1967 Corvette and everyone tells me there might be a build sheet hidden in the car somewhere. Where do these usually turn up, and how likely is it that one survived fifty-plus years?

Common hiding places are under the seats, above the fuel tank, and behind interior panels. Assembly workers stuffed them wherever was convenient.

Handle it with extreme care if you find one. They are brittle, often oil stained, and people have destroyed them by trying to flatten or clean them.

Found a partial one under the passenger seat. Photographed it before touching it any further. Half legible but enough to confirm the drivetrain.

That partial is worth real money at sale time. Get it professionally photographed and keep the original in an archival sleeve.
