I am replacing a torn seat in a 2013 Suburban and I need the original interior color, not what it looks like now after ten years of sun. Is the interior color in the build record the same way the exterior paint is?

Yes, interior trim has its own code block covering color and material. The description will name the color the same way the exterior does.

Order by that code rather than by eye. Faded interiors read completely differently than the original color, and matching to what you see now will look wrong against the unfaded panels.
